On behalf of the board of directors, staff, and clients/workers at Hockanum Industries welcome to our new and updated web site. We hope that you will get to know us and our mission better:
To provide gainful employment, training, support and retirement services for developmentally disabled individuals through the dignity of work, community interaction, and structured activities.
We provide support for over 40 individuals with vocational training, supportive services, and gainful employment.
We are always looking for individual positions and job sites in neighboring communities for small groups of our individuals to work with Hockanum crew supervisors. Our client/workers are motivated to maintain gainful employment.
Hockanum Industries, Inc. was established in 1980. We are quickly moving towards our 30-year anniversary serving developmentally disabled people in Tolland County and beyond.
